Common questions

What partners ask
before they apply.

When does my billing start?
Your billing activates the moment you create your first client organization in the partner portal — not at sign-up. We take your card details at onboarding to secure your charter rate, but nothing is charged until you actually use the platform with a real client. If you haven't onboarded a client within 60 days, we'll send you a reminder so your card stays current.
Do my clients see OpsAlign branding?
No. All SOW documents, narrative reports, and PPTX exports use your firm's legal name and address — configured at account setup. The platform workspace your clients see during the assessment window uses OpsAlign branding, as the assessment methodology is OpsAlign IP. Deliverables that leave the platform — reports, SOWs, PPTX decks — carry your brand.
How does the 10% SOW return work?
When a Statement of Work you deliver originates from — or is materially supported by — an OpsAlign assessment finding, 10% of the project revenue is remitted to ITOMAC Inc. within 30 days of you receiving cleared client payment. This applies to SOWs where the assessment was the primary or contributing basis for the project scope. The 10% is explicitly agreed to during onboarding and is part of the consultant licensee agreement.
What is the 33.3% commission on licenses?
If you introduce a client or any organization to the OpsAlign annual platform license and they become a paying licensee, you earn one-third (33.3%) of the annual license fee — paid by ITOMAC within 30 days of us receiving cleared funds. You don't need to be running their assessment for this to apply. If you make the introduction and they sign up, the commission is yours.
Do I need E&O insurance to apply?
Yes. Active Errors & Omissions (Professional Liability) insurance is required to become a licensed OpsAlign consultant partner. Policy details are self-reported at onboarding. ITOMAC reserves the right to request a current ACORD 25 certificate of insurance at any time during your active license period. If you're working toward coverage, reach out to info@itomac.com and we can discuss a path forward.
How long is the charter rate available?
The $500/month charter rate is available to a limited number of founding partners and is locked for 24 months from the date your billing activates. After 24 months, pricing will be reviewed — but charter partners will always receive preferential rates relative to standard licensing. We'll notify you at least 90 days before any pricing change.
