Built from the inside out.
OpsAlign isn't a framework invented in a boardroom. It's the product of two decades of real-world IT operations experience — the patterns, gaps, and blind spots that show up in organisations of every size, industry, and geography.
What is OpsAlign?
OpsAlign is the official analytics and business intelligence platform developed by ITOMAC Inc. It is purpose-built for IT operations maturity intelligence — giving organisations a structured, evidence-based view of where their IT operations actually stand, what the gaps are costing them, and exactly what to do about it.
Spanning 13 IT operations domains, OpsAlign produces scored assessments, risk-quantified gap analyses, perception gap reports, compliance overlays, and prioritised improvement roadmaps — all in the language that leadership needs to act on.
ITOMAC Inc.
ITOMAC stands for IT Operations Management, Advisory & Consulting. Founded in 2018, ITOMAC has been providing technology consulting in the IT operations space to organisations across North America and beyond.
ITOMAC's work spans initial maturity assessments, operating model design, leadership advisory, M&A IT due diligence, and ongoing improvement programme management. OpsAlign is the intelligence platform that powers and scales this work.
Charles Lambert is an industry veteran with over two decades of experience leading IT operations for domestic and international organisations across multiple industries — from growth-stage companies to large enterprise environments.
He has held positions spanning IT Operations Manager through to CIO, giving him a ground-floor-to-boardroom perspective on how IT operations succeed, fail, and improve. He has worked as both a senior employee and an external consultant — which means he understands both the internal political realities and the outside perspective that organisations often need.
OpsAlign reflects Charles's direct experience with the problems that appear in nearly every IT operations organisation: the gaps between what leadership believes and what teams experience, the risk that lives in undocumented processes, and the cost of maturity that nobody has ever quantified.
ITOMAC, and OpsAlign, exist because those problems deserve a rigorous, repeatable, honest answer.
